Low Carb Protein Shake (4 Ingredients!)
When you’re just going about your day and you slowly start coveting all the rich, delicious flavors of your favorite high protein low carb snacks, I’m sure a low carb protein shake isn’t exactly what comes to mind you can drink it when every you want…
Ingredients:
- 1/2 - 1 cup almond milk depending on how thick/thin you like your smoothies
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon low carb peanut butter
- handful of spinach** optional
- 1 cup ice
raspberries optional
Instructions:
- Place ingredients into your blender in the order listed above (Minus the raspberries if you’d like to mash them as I did in the photos).
- Blend until smooth, and enjoy!
- Option: mash the raspberries in the bottom of your cup. Once you’re done drinking your smoothie, enjoy the mashed raspberries with a spoon.
