Low Carb Strawberry Smoothie
This low carb strawberry smoothie is an amazing and versatile way to make sure I have healthy snacks available even when I’m on the go, which is basically always.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Low Carb Milk
- 1 Scoop Low Carb Protein Powder vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Swerve or Lakanto (see sweetener notes below)
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- 1 Cup Low Carb Greek Yogurt I use Fage
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds optional
- Fresh Mint optional
Instructions:
- Toss all ingredients in blender (in the order listed above to minimize jamming) and blend away.
- Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, or whatever you'd like. Enjoy!
