This low carb strawberry smoothie is an amazing and versatile way to make sure I have healthy snacks available even when I’m on the go, which is basically always.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Low Carb Milk
  • 1 Scoop Low Carb Protein Powder vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Swerve or Lakanto (see sweetener notes below)
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 1 Cup Low Carb Greek Yogurt I use Fage
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds optional
  • Fresh Mint optional

Instructions:

  • Toss all ingredients in blender (in the order listed above to minimize jamming) and blend away.
  • Top with chia seeds, hemp seeds, or whatever you'd like. Enjoy!
