Low Carb Green Smoothie (Tastes Like A Milkshake!)
Kick-off your mornings with a low carb green smoothie! Whether it’s for breakfast or healthy snacks, low carb smoothies are delicious and take only 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Low Carb Milk
- 1 Scoop Low Carb Protein Powder Vanilla
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 5-6 Leaves Fresh Mint
- Raspberries optional, if you're enjoying as a smoothie bowl, increases carb count
- Coconut Flakes optional, if you're enjoying as a smoothie bowl
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a blender (in the order listed above to prevent the blender from jamming) + blend!
- Pour into 2 glasses, and enjoy!
