Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Low Carb Milk
  • 1 Scoop Low Carb Protein Powder Vanilla
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 5-6 Leaves Fresh Mint
  • Raspberries optional, if you're enjoying as a smoothie bowl, increases carb count
  • Coconut Flakes optional, if you're enjoying as a smoothie bowl
  • Instructions:

    • Add ingredients to a blender (in the order listed above to prevent the blender from jamming) + blend!
