Tuna avocado salad is healthy, light, and super easy lunch recipe. It replaces mayonnaise and give the salad a creamy texture and makes it more nutritious as well.

Ingredients:

  • 5 ounces can tuna packed in water + drained
  • 2 small avocado ripe + cubed
  • 3/4 cup red onions minced
  • 1/2 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
  • Mix together using a fork, to break up the tuna into smaller pieces and lightly mash the avocado as desired.
  • Serve with your favorite bread, chips or crackers and enjoy!
