Avocado Tuna Salad (Keto + Low Carb!)
Tuna avocado salad is healthy, light, and super easy lunch recipe. It replaces mayonnaise and give the salad a creamy texture and makes it more nutritious as well.
Ingredients:
- 3 5 ounces can tuna packed in water + drained
- 2 small avocado ripe + cubed
- 3/4 cup red onions minced
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl.
- Mix together using a fork, to break up the tuna into smaller pieces and lightly mash the avocado as desired.
- Serve with your favorite bread, chips or crackers and enjoy!
