Low Carb Blueberry Smoothie (Ready In 5!)
Quench those milkshake cravings with this low carb, healthy blueberry smoothie recipe! Packed with protein, healthy facts and just the right amount of sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Scoops Low Carb Protein Powder vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries frozen
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1/4 Cup Coconut flaked, unsweetened
Optional (but highly recommended):
- 1/2 Teaspoon Orange Extract
- 1 Cup Spinach or greens
Instructions:
- Toss ingredients in a blender in the order listed above and blend. Blend, and enjoy! Past - this smoothie is best COLD, if your ingredients aren't frozen you may want to let it chill in the fridge before serving.
