Quench those milkshake cravings with this low carb, healthy blueberry smoothie recipe! Packed with protein, healthy facts and just the right amount of sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Scoops Low Carb Protein Powder vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut flaked, unsweetened

Optional (but highly recommended):


  • 1/2 Teaspoon Orange Extract
  • 1 Cup Spinach or greens

Instructions:


  • Toss ingredients in a blender in the order listed above and blend. Blend, and enjoy! Past - this smoothie is best COLD, if your ingredients aren't frozen you may want to let it chill in the fridge before serving.
