This decadent low carb peanut butter smoothie has a smooth, velvety texture and a rich creamy flavor that taste like Reese’s peanut butter cups!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk* full fat or heavy cream
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder** dutch process
  • 3 Tablespoons Swerve or Lakanto (see sweetener notes below) granular
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch Pink Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Carb Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Medium Avocado
  • 1 Cup Ice

Instructions:

  • Add ingredients to a blender (in the order listed above) and blend to combine.
