Low Carb Peanut Butter Smoothie (Keto + Easy!)
This decadent low carb peanut butter smoothie has a smooth, velvety texture and a rich creamy flavor that taste like Reese’s peanut butter cups!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk* full fat or heavy cream
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 2 Tablespoons Cacao Powder** dutch process
- 3 Tablespoons Swerve or Lakanto (see sweetener notes below) granular
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch Pink Sea Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Low Carb Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Medium Avocado
- 1 Cup Ice
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a blender (in the order listed above) and blend to combine.
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
